I am unable to get ethanol conveniently in my country so I will use IPA (I am able to use pure methanol but IPA is significantly less poisonous and would not discolor my herbs). I might picture both, but dried would soak up the liquid, thus possessing the alkaloids permeate the herbs, in addi
